Children under 3 years of age: Free of charge

N.B. In the interests of safety,
Please - DO NOT bring your own Iron or Heating equipment
as these are provided at no extra charge along with TV's, Kettles and Hair dryers (on request).

Conditions of Booking

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and the tariffs according to Season. A deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm a booking. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the person who's signature appears on the Booking Form will be liable to pay the for the cost of the deposit as per the reservation.

Settlement of accounts: If you wish to pay the balance by cheque, please remit at least 7 working days prior to your arrival for it to clear through the Banks.  Otherwise, cash must be paid on arrival.

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10pm on the day of departature - unless agreed otherwise.
